Inside Sales Account Representative, Joliet, IL

Busy Joliet communications company is seeking an Inside Salesperson/Office Assistant. We are looking for an outgoing individual with inside sales experience. The Inside Sales Representative calls and sells to new and existing accounts. We are seeking an individual to work in a busy office environment, with the ability to multi-task, utilize technical thinking, and negotiating skills to join our team. You will also assist our outside sales reps with customer service tasks and order processing. You will report to our Diga-Talk Plus Coordinator/Office Manager and assist with a variety of duties. This is a full-time job that requires physical presence at our location in Joliet, IL. Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Assist with Diga-Talk Plus order processing, programming and order fulfillment
  • Data Entry and various tasks for our Diga-Talk Plus Network
  • Source new opportunities through follow-up and outbound calls and e-mails
  • Determining customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
  • Packing and shipping light to medium weight items to meet deadlines for product delivery
  • Greeting visitors, answering phones, monitoring and responding to email
  • Assisting Sales Reps with quotations, estimates
  • General office support as assigned or requested

Qualification Requirements:

  • Strong Computer Skills are a must
  • Previous Office Experience
  • Experience in Using CRM Platform preferred, not required
  • QuickBooks experience a plus
  • Sound friendly on the phone and have excellent customer service skills
  • You must be a high energy team player who is straightforward, organized and detail oriented

Compensation:

     Base salary plus commission
